I will work one-on-one with you in a gym or home setting. You will get individualized exercise prescription and instruction that will provide you with results whether your goal is weight loss, increased strength, sports conditioning or muscle building. I will motivate you by helping you set goals, providing you with feedback and holding you accountable. Each session is one hour long.
