I will work one-on-one with you in a gym or home setting. You will get individualized exercise prescription and instruction that will provide you with results whether your goal is weight loss, increased strength, sports conditioning or muscle building. I will motivate you by helping you set goals, providing you with feedback and holding you accountable. A month of sessions includes 3 sessions/week for 4 weeks (12 sessions total) at a reduced rate of $40/session. Each session is one hour long. Option to reduce or increase number of sessions per week upon request with a price variant.
Monthly Personal Training Sessions
24 hours noticed required for cancellation, unless an emergency. Missed appointments without notification will be charged in full. If the program is cancelled, the client must pay for completed sessions and a $95 cancellation fee will be charged.
